A consumer alert, as Evenflo recalls more than a million child car seats because of a problem with the buckles. The company is recalling convertible car seats and harnessed booster seats because the buckles can get stuck, making it tough to get a child out of the seat. Customers can replace the defective buckle with a new one. The recall covers nearly two dozen models.
