Chef Crenshaw Reed stops by with a fun, easy recipe for "Rueben Tachos"

HOW TO DO IT AT HOME:

10oz tater tots, fried to golden perfection

5 oz corned beef, diced to bite sized pieces

3 oz sauerkraut

1 table spoon horse radish

Russian dressing

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

Chives for garnish

After all together. Bake at 350 for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is melted
