Apple crumb Topping
· 3/4 cup granulated sugar
· 3/4 cup light brown sugar, packed
· 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
· 1 cup oatmeal
· 1/2 pound cold unsalted butter, diced
· 2 teaspoon cinnamon
· 3 apples
· 1/2 cup of heavy cream
Cheese cake
1 1/12 cream cheese
1 1/2 cups sugar
3 cups of sour cream
4 eggs
splash of vanilla
To make the topping, combine the sugars, salt, oatmeal, cinnamon, and cold butter in the sauce pan until apple are tender in the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment add cream cheese and sugar until cream together. Add sour cream. add eggs one at the time and vanilla.
