ROANOKE – Chef Charles Brown joins us in the kitchen to make a pan seared filet with a bourbon brown sugar sauce and roasted onions. Here's the recipe for the sauce:
Bourbon Brown Sugar Sauce
1 cup Bourbon
1 TBL Worcestershire sauce
1TBL Brown sugar +\-
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1/2 TBL Chopped garlic
1/2 TBL Copped shallot
1 TBL Butter+\-
Cornstarch slurry
1/2 TBL Chopped roasted red pepper
Chopped parsley for garnish
