ROANOKE – Jenna Begley from 419 West stops by to show us how to make chips and guacamole. Here's the recipe:
Guacamole
2 Avocados
1 Tomato
1/2 Red onion
1 Jalapeno
1/2 Bell Pepper
2 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
1 Lime
TT Salt & Pepper
Small dice all the ingredients except the lime. In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and mix until some of the avocado is smashed. Squeeze the entire lime over ingredients and season to taste with salt and pepper.
Corn Tortilla Chips
1 Bag of Corn Tortilla Chips
Oil for Frying
TT Salt and Pepper
Cut tortillas into wedges and fry in oil at 375 degrees. Fry until crispy. Salt and pepper while warm.
