Before you go to bed tonight, don't forget to set your clocks back one hour. Daylight savings starts early Sunday morning.

At two o'clock Sunday morning, most of the country officially shifts back to standard time.

That will give most of us an extra hour of sleep this weekend.

Only people living in Hawaii, most of Arizona and some U.S. territories will not be making the change because those regions don't observe daylight saving time.

This is also the time when fire officials remind us to put new batteries in our smoke alarms.
