ROANOKE, Va. – Traffic is backed up on State Route 116 on Windy Gap Mountain. According to Roanoke County police, a tractor trailer is disabled after it got stuck in a curve. Tow truck drivers are on scene working to move the vehicle. Drivers can expect temporary delays in the area.
