Nestle Prepared Food Company is recalling Hot Pockets Pepperoni Pizza sandwiches because some may contain “foreign materials.“
The company says the recall comes after consumer complaints.
They are recalling nearly 215,660 pounds of the frozen stuff pepperoni pizza sandwiches.
The recall effects 54-ounce, 12-pack cartons of “HOT POCKETS PEPPERONI PIZZA.“
Printed on the side of the carton is “8157544614D,“ “EST 7721A,“ and “BEST BEFORE JAN2010.“
They say the cartons also have the USDA mark of inspection.
The products were produced on June 5 and distributed nationwide.
The company says no one has been hurt because of any materials.
If you have any questions you can call the company at (800) 350-5016.
