Caught on Camera: Arsonist burned while torching Florida business

Murder mystery closer to being solved
Richard “Dicky” Palmer was murdered at his Floyd county home 5 years ago last month. He and his dog were discovered dead in a pickup truck later that day in Roanoke. Police say they now have a suspect and are hoping for a break in the case.
