Woman Caught On Camera Using Stolen Credit Card

Roanoke Police say a woman wearing a tan jacket and jeans used a stolen credit card inside the CVS at the intersection of 19-th St. and Melrose Ave.
Police say, an 86-year-old woman, who’s credit card was used, reported it missing on January 13th.
