Academy Award-winning actor Tom Hanks will be among the dignitaries in Richmond on Sunday when HBO presents a special preview of “John Adams,“ a seven-part miniseries.
Hanks, one of the project’s executive producers, and other key participants in the making of the miniseries are scheduled to be at the Byrd Theatre on West Cary Street at 6 p.m.
The first two parts of “John Adams” air on HBO back-to-back on Sunday, March 16.
