The Martinsville-Henry County Coalition for Health and Wellness is starting a free “Healthy Heart Program.“ It will be a six-week series to give you the fact to keep yourself and your heart healthy. Topics covered include: blood pressure, cholesterol and heart disease. Information about exercise and diet will also be included.
The series will be on Tuesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. The first class is on October 14th. They will take place at the Bassett Family Practice (324 Stanley Highway, beside the CVS in Bassett).
