Many of you know that grilling food has been shown to raise levels of cancer-causing compounds in meat.
But, the American Institute for Cancer Research says we should be paying more attention to the kind of meat we put on the grill… or eat in general.
The group found that diets high in red meat and processed meat, like hot dogs are a “convincing” cause of colorectal cancer.
