All southbound lanes on I-81 now open near Daleville

Update: 9:15p.m.
As of 9 p.m. Monday night, VDOT says all the lanes of I-81 southbound are now open.
Update: 6:23 p.m.
V-DOT says the ramp from Route 220 north to I-81 south is closed.

Virginia Department of Transportation news release
An overturned tractor-trailer is blocking both southbound lanes of Interstate 81 at mile marker 150 in Botetourt County. In addition, the on-ramp at Exit 150 (Troutville) leading from northbound Route 220 onto southbound I-81 is closed.
Traffic is moving slowly on southbound I-81 on the shoulder and is estimated to be backed up for approximately five miles.
At 4 p.m., responders estimate that clean-up will continue for several more hours. This incident will affect the afternoon commute.
