Three Salem Avalanche baseball players arrested over the weekend, make their first court appearance.

Salem Public Information Officer Mike Stevens tells WSLS that Koby Clemens, Mark Ori, and James Goethals were all arraigned this morning.  Their next court date is scheduled for December 2nd.

Clemens is the son of major league baseball pitching superstar Roger Clemens, and plays catcher for the Avs.

Salem Police say the arrests happened after a large fight at Mac and Bob’s restaurant around 2:00 a.m. on Sunday, August 31st.  Officers say they found close to 50 people in the parking lot when they arrived.
