Man hit, killed by train

Roanoke City Police are investigating a man they believe was hit and killed by a train.
Officers found the body lying on Norfolk Southern railroad tracks, under a train, in the 100 block of Shenandoah Avenue, around 10:00 p.m. Tuesday night, July 15th.
Investigators do not believe the death is suspicious.
