Suspect arraigned in Salem deadly hit and run

The man accused of a deadly hit and run outside a Salem restaurant appeared in court Tuesday.
Shaun Scott is charged with murder that happened early Saturday, August 11th. The hit and run killed Zane Blankenship.
A judge arraigned Scott Tuesday morning. Scott appeared in a wheelchair at court.
Scott’s lawyer says her client has at least two broken toes. She did not say if the injury is related to the hit and run.
