VDOT is shifting Southbound traffic into one Northbound lane.
The crash is near Oak Level.

7:25 a.m.
VDOT says a tractor trailer accident is blocking part of Route 220 in Henry County.
The south left and right lanes are closed near Route 674.
Expect delays.
