Frederick Hammer, the man accused in Grayson County triple murder, is now back in Virginia.

We were outside the New River Valley Regional Jail when Hammer arrived in a white van around eight Monday night.

The 48 year old North Carolina man faces three capital murder charges for the shooting deaths of Ron Hudler, his son Fred Hudler and John Miller.  The shootings happened on the tree farm owned by the Hudler family.  Miller was one of their workers.

Investigators talked to Hammer just hours after the Thursday murders and later named him a person of interest.  In the meantime, Hammer fled to Florida where he was found by United States Marshals.
