I saw this accident just after it happened. I was in the southbound lane. What I saw upset so bad I can’t stop thinking about it. One person was sitting on the ground with her/his head leaning on the guardrail, another was laying closeby. Wondering if anyone knows the status of those 2 people, it just so broke my heart.
