A local man is revved up over his big lottery win.
Pryor Harvey from Vinton won a Harley Davidson motorcycle from a Virginia Lottery scratcher game.
Harvey bought the ticket at the Main Street Getty Mart in Roanoke.
The bike is valued at more than $18,000
The presentation took place at Harley Davidson of Lynchburg.
