Accident Closes Part of Rt. 501

The road is back open

V-DOT says there is an accident on Rt. 501 in Campbell County. Crews say it happened in the southbound lane near the construction of the new Suck Creek Bridge. That’s just south of Gladys.
All south-bound lanes are closed. V-DOT says drivers should expect delays.
