A teenager is in jail after police say a woman is cut on her face.
Lynchburg Police responded to Aragon Street around six Tuesday night. That’s where they found a 22 year old female with the cut.
Police say 18 year old April Steptoe was found nearby and is charged with malicious wounding.
Steptoe is being held at the Blue Ridge Regional Jail on no bond.
