25-year-old Sgt. Kenneth Gibson of Christiansburg was laid to rest today. He died August 10th when an IED went off near his unit in Iraq.
Accident damages I-81 bridge, closes Pulaski Co. road
Traffic Alert: Inspectors say an vehicle that was too tall hit the bridge, and damaged several beams. Rt. 611, Newbern Road near Rt. 643 Cougar Trail Rd., is closed.
