4th suspect caught in Carroll Co. manhunt

Carroll County deputies say they’ve caught a fourth suspect in a manhunt that started Tuesday.
Officers arrested William Music early this morning in Fancy Gap.
Music is wanted in connection with an armed robbery, and the shooting out of a man’s car’s tires on Tuesday. Officers arrested three others in connection with the case on Tuesday.
