Many say he was already a hero, now he’s an all star.
Christiansburg Police Officer Gary Fields is the week one finalist in the America’s Most Wanted All Star competition.
Fields was nominated for saving a Virginia Tech student’s life on April 16.
Fields is also fighting cancer.
After eight weeks, you can vote for fields to win the $10,000 grand prize and a trip to the NASCAR All Star Race.
