Blacksburg students learn how to handle bullies

Jay Banks, whose stamp out bullying program has been featured on the Hallmark Channel, spoke to kids at Harding Avenue Elementary in Blacksburg this morning.
Instead of focusing on bullies, he teaches students how to prevent themselves from becoming a victim.
Banks program is part of bullying prevention programs being implemented in Montgomery County schools.
