For weeks, Obama and Clinton have been duking it out on the campaign trail and with Obama leading in the popular vote some are wondering how much farther Clinton is willing to take it.
In a Today Show interview with Ann Curry Clinton said “The bottom line for me is we have a lot of contests still to go. This is a really close race. And it’s not just about the math. It’s about an assessment.”
An assessment that’s taking longer than many expected like Clinton supporter Gail Montuori who’s known the former president and his wife for years.
“It’s difficult but I don’t think she should stop running yet, I don’t think she should drop out I mean look at all the people that have voted for her. It wouldn’t be fair for the people who haven’t had their primaries yet. I think everybody deserves a vote.”
Montuori says if Clinton does well and remains in the race after Pennsylvania, she and her husband will go to North Carolina and help prepare for the primary there which is May 6th.
