Former Hokie in court for DUI charge

Former Hokie wide receiver Josh Hyman was in Montgomery County court Wednesday morning for a DUI charge. Hyman was arrested in October 2006, last April a judge took the case under advisement. After 350 hours of community service, an entire year with no license and no other run-ins with the law, the judge ruled the charge be dismissed.
