Halloween is just around the corner and one decoration at one house in Montgomery County is causing quite a stir.
If you drive on Radford Road in Montgomery County, you’ll probably see a dummy hanging from a noose…only a few feet away from a Barack Obama political sign.
Some of you called our newsroom.
The owner Chris Simpson says he doesn’t mean anything by it.
He’s just decorating for Halloween…like he does ever year. “I’m not doing it to offend anyone. It’s just a coincidence that it’s election time and like I said if I wasn’t an Obama supporter I wouldn’t have his sign in my yard,“ said Simpson.
Simpson says if his decoration continues to offend people, then he will move his Obama sign somewhere else in his yard.

You have got to be kidding me? If there had been a McCain sign there, would anything have been said? I highly doubt it. Leave Chris alone.

I feel for Simpson when all he wanted to do was have a cool display for halloween. I also feel that since his display has and obviously offended quite a few people and made the news, he may want to consider taking down the noosed dummy instead of moving his sign. I have to add that I don’t think he intended to hurt anyones feelings. I also have to add that I can see where it would.

You have got to be kidding me!? People will gripe over anything nowadays. Its halloween people. Build a bridge and get over it. The ones complaining seriously need to get a life and find something else to moan and groan about.
