Tiffany Anderson may leave Montgomery County for BBQ and Blues in Memphis.
Our NBC affiliate WMC in Memphis reports that Anderson is one of five finalists for the Memphis Superintendent position.
Richmond’s Deputy Superintendent of Schools Yvonne Brandon is also a finalist.
According to WMC, the firm hired to conduct a nationwide search for a new superintendent presented its list to the Memphis City School Board Tuesday night, giving details on what each candidate could offer the system, and what led them to select those particular people.
The Memphis City school board hopes to have a new superintendent selected sometime this summer.
