Nail salon owner cleared for second time

For the second time in a week, a local nail salon owner accused of molesting his customers is found not guilty.
Kenny Tran, owner of Sky Nails salon in Christiansburg went to trial today for a sexual battery charge stemming from the Spring of 2006.
According to Montgomery County clerk’s office, a jury cleared Tran of wrongdoing.
A judge ruled Tran not guilty in a separate sexual battery case last Friday.
According to Montgomery County Clerk Erica Williams, Tran has six other sex charges waiting to be heard in court.
