NBC’s Hoda Kotb to give Spring commencement address at Virginia Tech

BLACKSBURG, Va. (AP) - An NBC anchor and correspondent is Virginia Tech’s spring commencement speaker.
Hoda Kotb, “Dateline NBC” correspondent and co-anchor of NBC’s “Today” show, will address the graduates on May 9th at Lane Stadium.
Kotb graduated in 1986 from Virginia Tech’s communications program.
She was named co-anchor of the fourth hour of “Today” in August 2007. She has been a “Dateline NBC” correspondent since 1998 and the host of the weekly syndicated series “Your Total Health” since 2004.
