The Pulaski-Radford Regional Drug Task Force is sweeping the area for drug dealers.
Thursday afternoon, investigators arrested close to half of the 57 suspects on their list and expect to make the rest of the arrests in the next 72 hours.
Police say many of the suspects are repeat offenders dealing mainly in pills and crack cocaine.
Investigators also seized $3,400 and 3.5 ounces of marijuana during the round up.
An additional five new cases have been opened as a result of the investigation.
