Virginia Tech Police say they’re looking into a peeping Tom case at a dorm.
The victim tells police the incident happened Thursday morning (April 24th), between 7:30-7:50 a.m. at Lee Hall. But the victim did not report the incident until nearly 4:30 p.m. that afternoon.
Police are investigating.
