Pulaski man sentenced for molesting girl

A Pulaski man is sentenced after molesting a six year old girl. Last July, 19 year old Andrew Robert Osborne plead guilty to aggravated sexual battery and taking indecent liberties with a child.
Commonwealth’s Attorney Mike Fleenor says because Osborne was only 17 at the time of the offense a judge ruled he’ll only have to serve two years of a 25 year sentence, the rest was suspended.
Family members of the victim tell 10 on your side Osborne was a trusted friend of theirs and member of their same church when the incidents occurred in 2006.
