Radford Police charge driver in deadly car-bicycle crash

Radford Police charge the driver of a car that crashed into and killed a cyclist.
Officers arrested and charged 20-year-old Ryan Sherman of Radford today. He’s been released on his own recognizance.
The crash happened back on April 23rd near Bisset Park. Radford University Professor Forrest “Fess” Green died from his injuries six days later. Green was a Professor of Management at RU.
