During the overnight hours Wednesday through Friday (August 6-8), there will be lane closures northbound on I-77 between Milepost 29 and Exit 32 due to the installation of overhead signs.
Additionally, Virginia State Police will create rolling road blocks to allow time for the signs to be placed above the roadway.
The lane closures and rolling road blocks will be done between midnight and 6 a.m. each night.
This is part of the ongoing project to replace overhead signs at various locations on northbound I-77 between Mileposts 29 and 32 and north and southbound I-81 between Mileposts 72 and 76.
