Traffic Alert for Tuesday on Part of I-81

VDOT says the left lane of southbound Interstate 81 will be closed beginning Tuesday, May 13th at 6 p.m.
The closure will start at mile marker 128 in Montgomery Co. near the Ironto exit for bridge repairs.
They say work is expected to continue through the night and the left land is expected to re-open at 6 a.m. Wednesday morning.
A long term work zone has been established and the speed limit has been reduced to 55 mph.
VDOT is urging drivers to use caution and expect delays.
