On Virginia Tech’s campus today, more than one hundred people protested gun laws.
The group gathered at the end of the drillfield this afternoon.
Friends and family members remembered those lost while also speaking out for tougher gun laws.
They also held a lie-in for three minutes—the amount of time it takes a person to buy a gun without a background check.
One person showed up to protest the lie-in.
Otherwise, it was a peaceful demonstration.
