DANVILLE - A longtime administrator at Greensboro
College is the new president of Averett University.
Tiffany Franks was introduced as the Danville school’s 24th
president Wednesday. She succeeds retiring president Richard Pfau
(FOW), effective July 1.
Franks is executive vice president of Greensboro College, where
she has worked since 1988. During her career, her duties have
included admissions, financial aid, student life, marketing and
communications, public relations and fundraising.
Franks was chosen from nearly 100 applicants.
