A Chatham man was killed in a single-vehicle accident early Sunday morning.
Barry Woodrow Bradner, 43, of 7276 Anderson Mill Road in Chatham, died after he ran off the side of the road, hit a fence, ran into a tree and overturned his 1985 Chevrolet Camaro on Route 988 in the Hurt area near Route 638, said State Trooper Buford Rife. The accident occurred at 1:09 a.m.
Bradner was not wearing a seatbelt, Rife said.
State police are still investigating the incident.
