A Danville grand jury indicts a man for a woman’s murder.
Lorenza Jones now faces first degree murder and robbery charges in the killing of Precious Saunders. Officers found Saunders had been stabbed several times around 9:30 a.m., at an apartment in the 400 block of Audobon Drive on April 22nd. She later died.
Police arrested Lorenza Jones later that evening on charges unrelated to the murder case.
