Danville Police investigating two Grove Park break-ins

Danville police are investigating two burglaries that took place in the Grove Park neighborhood Monday evening.
The first break-in happened at the 200 block of Oakwood Circle. The resident said the suspects entered the home through the back window and stole a shotgun, an undisclosed amount of money and household items, according to a press release from the Danville Poloce Department.
At about 7 p.m., police responded to a burglary in the 200 block of Southland Drive. The burglars entered the home through a side door, ransacked the house, threw food throughout the residence and stole money, medicine and food.
