Danville Police say the inmate who escaped from a work detail Tuesday morning, has turned himself in.
Officers tell us Antonio Saunders walked off from the work detail on West Main Street Tuesday morning around 9:30 a.m.
Investigators say Saunders turned himself back in this evening (Wednesday). Danville Police did not say why Saunders left, or why he returned.
