Man killed in Danville shooting

DANVILLE — A man was shot and killed Wednesday night on Cherokee Court in Danville.
Lt. Doug Crawford of the Danville Police Department has confirmed that Darry Wimbush, 25, died of a gunshot wound at about 9 p.m.
Police say they’re searching for a man seen running from the car after shots had been fired.
