I must have jinxed myself when I wrote about coughing on the air. FINALLY, after FOUR weeks of the crud I am told everyone has right now, I am cough free! 
Let’s hope I’m not like the Covington man I reported on a few months ago who has had recurring hiccups for several YEARS!!

There was nothing good about having to cough while reporting the news. I mean, at times, as many of you saw, I was in tears. (Note to self, trying to hold it in only makes it worse!!)

But if there is anything good that came out of it, it is knowing how so many of you care!! I got dozens of empathetic calls and e-mails. I think I got advice on every cure known to man. I tried just about all of them… The only problem with that is now I don’t know exactly which one cured me!!
