Tick Season Troubles

I use a monthly preventive medicine on Luckie to keep ticks off of him… I am glad that I do after the research I did for this latest Ask Karen article… which is under health through the lifestyles tab at wsls.com…

Anyway, as I was running today I started thinking about tick prevention even more because when an on-coming car is headed toward me… as a safety precaution I have started stepping off the side of the road until it passes… I had to do it three times today and each time I looked down hoping the tall grass was not the home of one or more ticks…

*lso, Luckie has been doing great with the Cushings disease… he still gets up pretty early but that is a small price to pay for having him around healthy and happy.
