Sandra Brogan - Meteorologist

Sandra Brogan is our newest Storm Team 10 Meteorologist. You can see her on the weekend edition of WSLS 10 On Your Side at 6 and 11. Sandra is a hometown girl, having grown up in Bassett, Va. Sandra is a Hokie and a Seminole. She earned her degree in Communication Studies from Virginia Tech and her Meteorology degree from Florida State University.


Her first job took her even farther from home when she landed in Abilene, Texas. Sandra packed up everything that would fit in her Dodge Neon and headed west. Sandra has also worked in Panama City, Fla., Sarasota, Fla., and York, Pa. She's happy to finally come back home to Southwest Virginia.


In her spare time, Sandra likes to go hiking with her beloved pup, Benji.
