FARMVILLE, Va. (AP) - Ryan Bogan had a career-high 21 points to lead Longwood to a 96-78 win over New Jersey Tech last night.
The Lancers (8-22) led 42-34 at the half, and by as many as 25 points with 5:05 to play, shooting 50.7 percent for the game.
The Highlanders (0-28) shot only 38.2 percent from the field.
Lamar Barrett added 18 points for the Lancers, Kevin Swecker had 17, Kirk Williams had 16 and Billy Robinson Jr. had 13.
Kraig Peters led N.J. Tech with 26 points, Nesho Milosevic had 16 points and 14 rebounds, and Jheryl Wilson had 13 points.
